Speaking
I speak about the decisions that turn AI into an organizational capability: architecture, domain knowledge, evaluation, and technical governance.
Topics
- Operating AI agents across teams: shared architecture, identity, tool access, and oversight.
- Making domain knowledge reusable: agent skills, expert ownership, and the practices needed to maintain them.
- Evaluating AI in real workflows: baselines, release decisions, and the relationship between evaluation and guardrails.
